• Storage and Processing: Files are securely stored on Backblaze to provide core features.
• Functionality: Uploaded files enable embed code generation and alt text generation.
• Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to enhance the Service.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Third-Party Services

We integrate AI technologies from OpenAI and may use Render-hosted backend services. When you use AI features, your inputs (prompts, files, content) are sent to those providers according to their privacy policies.

Important: Your data is processed to generate outputs only and is not used to train external AI models.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell, trade, or rent your data.
• Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Backblaze, Render, and OpenAI access data only as needed, under confidentiality obligations.

Uploaded files are retained as long as necessary to provide the Service or until you request deletion.
